👉 ALREADY PURCHASED THE CLIPART? If you have previously bought a design from my shop and want to upgrade it to a commercial license, please include the Clipart Listing Name or Order ID in the “Personalization Notes” box during checkout.

✅ WHAT IS ALLOWED (PERMITTED USES)
• Use the licensed design to create UNLIMITED physical end-products for sale (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, stickers, planner pages, art prints, pillows).
• Produce and sell fabric, merchandise packaging, business branding materials, and physical stationeries.
• 100% Attribution-Free: No links back to my shop or artist credit are required.

❌ WHAT IS PROHIBITED (RESTRICTIONS)
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, or give away the original digital files in any format, whether paid or free.
• You may NOT use the artwork to create new digital design resources, digital paper packs, digital scrapbooking elements, or clipart packages, even if modified or recolored.
• You may NOT upload the files “as-is” to Print-on-Demand platforms (such as Printful, Printify, Redbubble, or Zazzle) without creating a unique, flattened physical end-product layout first. Selling pure digital files is strictly forbidden.

📜 VALIDATING YOUR LICENSE (PROOF OF RIGHTS)
• No physical certificate will be shipped to you.
• Your Purchase Receipt + Order ID serves as your official legal proof of commercial usage rights under this license. Please keep a digital copy of your receipt for your business records.
• The copyright and intellectual property of the artwork remain exclusively with ClipartArtist. Purchasing this license grants you usage rights but does not transfer copyright ownership.
